Dan & Toni Underwood
[The Barnabas Project]
|
|
Dan & Toni Underwood are serving with Teen Mission, USA, as the leaders of the Barnabas Project in the Central American country of Belize.
Dan and Toni arrived in Belize in June, 2010, and began by working with a few existing churches they have been in contact with since 2009. Eventually, they hope to plant some new churches and establish a ministry center somewhere in the country. They will serve as hosts for our short-term mission teams beginning in 2011.
Dan is 52 and brings over 30 years of ministry experience with him into this project. He commented, "The Lord has opened a door of effective ministry for Toni and me in Central America. We have prayed about our personal involvement in missions for years, and we believe the Lord has - right now - provided us with a fantastic opportunity to share Jesus and show His love to the people of Belize." |
