Greg Herriford becomes new
Executive Director of TM, USA

     A major milestone in the history of Teen Mission, USA, took place beginning January 1, 2009.

     Greg Herriford began his new role as Executive Director of TM, USA. He inherits the post from founder Ken Henderson who has assumed a new role with the ministry.

     Ken's new role (Founder/Director of Outreach) will see him involved in his usual teaching/speaking roles and assisting with Mission Journeys, but also in development and fund-raising areas as well.

     Greg (with Teen Mission since 1995) has been groomed for the position, handling more and more responsibilities over the past 2-3 years.

     About Greg's leadership, Ken said, "I have no hesitation about his capabilities. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching him (Greg) mature in every way over the past 13+ years. He has grown immensely in confidence and has, with God's leading, expanded his territory with distinction."

     The transition process was actually started in 2006 and completed this past year with the help of current and past board members. The team consisted of the following men:

• John Hume (Anderson CC; Lawrenceburg, KY)
• Jeff Roll (Hillview CC; Marengo, IN)

• Barry Wethington (Central CC; Cynthiana, KY)

     Ken and Greg want to THANK these men for all their help! We are grateful for their time, energy and guidance throughout the process. And, we ask for the continued support of individuals and churches that make this ministry possible.
